We are currently searching for a business minded professional who has an international background in
business development and relationship management, with a strong network in corporate
consulting/business process improvement firms (Big 4, 2nd tier audit/accounting advisory firms, and
strategy/business consulting firms, ICT Vendors) to become an integral part of this software start-up.
The main objective of this role is to seek strategic and global partners who will use this unique software
tool that allows firms to review a position or process in their organization. This software does a bottom up
analysis and will collect real data which can identify bottlenecks, or processes that can be accomplished
more efficiently. This is turn can allow firms to implement some corrective steps which can there by
improve efficiency, time, cost.
Partner management – effectively manage the global alliance relationship (with key stakeholders of
Business development and pipeline development.
Setting of overall business goals and business objectives.
Planning / goal setting for each partner – constant performance review /relationship enhancements
Active marketing / promotion of the company (roadshows, business sector events, associations etc.)
Over a set timeframe, build and develop your own team for Partner management.
What skills and knowledge you should have?
University Educated and other qualifications welcome
Minimum of 7-8 years of partner alliance management on Intl levels within the services sector.
Business development orientated / lead generation
Strong networking skills and already with a solid business network
Business planning / strategy setting (internal & with partners)
Excellent soft skills.
