We are looking for an enthusiastic business intelligence consultant who has experience with developing DWH solutions based on MS technology. This job will require you to travel to the customer’s location (Western or Northern Europe) and work directly on site.

You will get a chance to work with OLAP cubes, SQL Server Integration Services, create reports with SQL Reporting Services, and solve operation problems directly with the users. You will face challenging tasks and have opportunity to develop knowledge in the most up to date technologies like Power BI and MS SSAS Tabular.

Requirements:

Professional knowledge:

  • 3+ years of experience with designing and implementing DWH solutions based on MS Business Intelligence stack
  • Very good knowledge of MS SQL Server Database Engine
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the technologies (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with working on international projects (this requirement can be substituted by long term international work placement or studies abroad)
  • Knowledge of MS .NET framework and XML as well as experience with SharePoint Server

The Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship.

  • Responsibility for a complete project/component software development lifecycle
  • Implementation of extensive systems on the latest .NET platform using C# language
  • High and low-level design and implementation of a source code
  • Participation in software architecture definitions in cooperation with Technical Lead and Technical Primes
  • Communication with customers abroad

  • Possibility of leading a team of 3-5 experienced .NET developers


Requirements:

Required:

  • 5 years of overall .NET experience including C# to the level of providing authoritative knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of the .NET Platform and C# development skills
  • Strong in design / OOP / design patterns
  • Proven experience with enterprise application architectures
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases especially SQL Server
  • Experience of N-tier architecture / distributed architecture

The Support Team Leader (STL) supervises a team of Customer Support Engineers who are the second line contact customers. The STL is responsible for providing support and guidance, and for optimizing processes and policies to support their assigned clients.

The STL is responsible for all aspects of the Customer Support operations, observing SOC2/HIPAA requirements are met, as well as for recruiting, on-boarding, training, motivating and coaching their team. The STL is responsible for working in close collaboration with their STL peers to ensure collaboration across the entire Customer Support department and engagement with other functions.

An ideal candidate should be:

  • Recognized expert/leader in Support Team
  • Provides problem investigation and research to resolve customer issues
  • Provides guidance to shift members to deal with customer situations
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative duties in helpdesk maintenance and forum management
  • Conducts new feature training for team, makes sure, internal team training is provided
  • Monitors the team’s progress towards OKRs and institutes corrective action as needed to keep team goals on track. Defines new individual gols which helps improve effectivenes, responsivnes, customer satisfaction, improves personal grow. TL is putting together the performance Quarterly report for all the engineers within his/her group.
  • Monitors tickets and responses during the shift to highlight cases to be reviewed. Creates new dashboards for a whole team in order to better understand our customers. Inovates all current reports which would help him to identify a weak parts which are then shared with the TSM.
  • Conducts regular ticket reviews for team members to maintain quality and consistency
  • Making sure there is full 24x7 oncall L2 engineering coverage, there is the rigth Late/Night/Weekend shift arranged
  • Participates on escalated, critical customer calls when it is necessary
  • Checks and agrees on individual member PTOs, WFH's
  • Synchronizes with L2 individual engineers when they work in different time zone, other GD office around the Globe
  • Weekly reviews with TSM the past/future plan. Reports all fronteend/backend major issues, current product bottlenecks.
  • Provides the rigth content in Confluence, makes sure, there are forum, devportal, StackOverflow, twitter technical requests being answered
  • Improves internal processes in order to increase the team effectivenes and productivity
  • Communicates with 3rd party companies if needed
  • Prepares the SLA documents
  • Drives internal L2 support initiatives (Tools, Training, Dashboards, GD reports) in order to identify product/process bottlenecks so the whole team works more effectively
  • On-call availability during weekends

Leadership/coaching tasks:

  • Coaches new Junior Support engineers, provides training, Leads a small team, Coordinates escalations
