Museum Coordinator - Prague

Our client is an International group owning and operating interactive Museums all around Europe. Currently they are searching for candidates suiting their positions, opened due to their coming on the Czech market. One of the vacancies is a Museum Coordinator, which can be suitable for a motivated and reliable person with excellent communication skills in English.

Your main tasks will be:

- - Overall operation of the museum

- - Guiding and providing information about exhibits to individual and group guests

- - Working at the front desk

- - Working at the museum shop

- - Caring for cleanliness and good appearance of the museum

Requirements of the company:

- - Advanced knowledge of English (+ German/Italian/Russian can be a good advantage)

Museum Manager

For our client, a successful growing international company within entertainment industry, we are looking for a Museum Manager who will run their interactive museum which will be open in Prague in autumn 2017.

At this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day running and operations of the facility, team management as well as PR & marketing of the company and implementing and developing customer care strategy and policies.

As a potential candidate for this role, you should have minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail and/or entertainment industry, ideally with previous team management experience. You should be a positive and motivated person, ambitious and eager to learn new things and develop.

You will be rewarded with a challenging independent role within successful growing company, opportunity to manage your own business unit and further progress to the director level position within the group.

Senior Service Operations Director

Our client is a global IT services company, employing over 30000 people and servicing more than 5000 clients in 50 countries all over the world. For their Global Delivery Centre located in Prague, we are currently looking for a Senior Service Operations Director.


As a member of the senior management team, you will be primarily responsible for smooth operations of the Technical & Support Services Division, i.e.:

  • Support the senior leadership team in driving a smooth and efficient running of the operations and business
  • Develop, implement and adhere to key policies, process and methodologies in order support the operational efficiency of the business as well as drive execution of operational strategy for the Centre in cooperation with other Service Units and Business Units
  • Manage relationships with the regional operations counter-parts
  • Enhance and execute the implementation of continuous improvement
  • Take responsibility for the operational management and leadership of a team of individuals to ensure the achievement of business and performance goals
  • Participate in various special and ad hoc projects

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 15 years of proven track record in Service Delivery/Support and Managed Services Operations, within high technology/IT environment with international exposure
  • Strong understanding of IT Services industry
  • Previous experience in Infrastructure Management/Maintenance Management with regional or global delivery
  • Fluent English and German as a must!
  • Strong people management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in executing strategies
