Office Manager

Our client is an
international company specializing in providing Information Technology services
on a global scale. Due to their growth of workforce as well as operations, they
are looking for candidates to fill in their vacancies. At the moment, they are
looking for a reliable OFFICE MANAGER to join their team in Prague!



Main tasks:



-
Responsible
for the overall front desk operations



-
Administrative
tasks such as printing, photocopying documents; document processing



-
Welcoming
and managing guests



-
Ensuring
that the guest area is tidy and presentable



-
Answer,
screen, forward incoming phone calls



-
Receive,
sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries



-
Contract
management



-
Ordering
front office supplies and keeping inventory in stock



-
Assisting
in event co-ordination





Main requirements:



-
High
school degree



-
Native
Czech + advanced English!



-
3+
years of experience



-
Interpersonal,
communication and organizational skills



-
Reliable
individual



-
MS
office
