Our client
is an international company specializing in providing Enterprise applications
and services on a global scale. At the moment, they are looking for a motivated,
skilled and reliable people for several Service Desk positions (leading as
well) in their team.

Main tasks:

Communication
with customers, clients and vendors via means such as e-mails and phone calls

·
Managing
customer queries

·
Updating
customer data and producing activity reports

·
Ensuring
proper recording, documentation

·
Collaborating
with other departments

Requirements
of the company:

·
Technical
knowledge is an advantage

·
Experience
in Customer/support Service or Analysis

·
Ability
to deal with clients face to face

·
Advanced
EN or EN+FR or EN+GE

·
Responsible
personality

Problem-solving
skills
