PTP Accountant

Our client is leading medical and travel security risk services company.
Currently they are looking for PTP Accountant to join their team.


Main Responsibilities:

·
Prepare and submit payment run / manual / ad hoc / cheque / urgent
payments

·
Post and allocate payments with invoices

·
Manage providers and internal clients enquiries, escalations and
complaints – via telephone / email

·
Validate and record incoming invoices from providers

·
Reconcile supplier statements and accounts, follow up on outstandidng
transaction

·
Prepare/validate expenses reports from Concur

·
Prepare regular and AD HOC report (ageing, forecast) and analyze ledger

·
Prepare and submit VAT, TAX, expenses, salary payments to the bank

·
Set up new vendors in system

We require:

·
Detail oriented, self-organized, independent, accurate, stress resistant
person

·
Excel Skills - you can use PIVOT, basic formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF),
Filters, Conditional formatting

·
Upper-intermediate English

·
Accounting experience
