Our client is a global manufacturer, specializing in manufacturing and designing floors and ceilings for both homes and companies. Due to their continual growth of operations, they are looking for multilingual Customer Order Specialists to join their team!

Main tasks:

- Processing and controlling orders

- Providing support to customers

- Responding to customer queries

- Placing re-orders or order updates

- Generating customer invoices

- Working with SAP system

- Co-operating with suppliers, vendors and transporters

- Co-operating with other departments

What is required:

- - Previous experience in customer order/order processing is a must (2+ years of experience)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Product Support Analyst provides support to customers, answering questions on function and technical aspects of the product via the telephone and/or Internet and conveys customer feedback to the product development team. This position serves as primary support liaison between company and customer, in a highly team oriented environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Information Technology designs, builds and operates the technological infrastructure of the company. These highly integrated and automated IT systems are essential to our success.

Field of activity

The Systems Infrastructure department is mainly responsible for the management of Servers and Third Party Software Infrastructure (Windows / Citrix bases systems, Unix / Linux, Z/OS / Z/Linux, VMS, Hypervisor); the management of the Data Infrastructure (database, backup and storage); the management of the Connectivity to SWIFT and via MQ; the administration and operation of Notes, Metaframe, Novell, SAP systems and Office Automation support systems; the infrastructure process support (Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Asset Management, etc.)

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Daily operation of Linux/Unix Server including troubleshooting of server issues
  • Maintenance of the monitoring system
  • Installation of Linux/Unix Operating System on physical and virtual servers
  • System management (upgrading, patching and tuning), capacity and performance management. Installation and upgrade of third party products
  • Configuration and support of Veritas Volume Manager (disk group management, snapshots functionality, file systems creation/grow/shrink/removal, etc.) and Veritas Cluster Server (custom agents, resource dependencies and criticality, network setup, monitoring, etc.)
  • Maintain and ensure high-availability on server or application level (through clustering or stand-by hosts)
  • Operation includes shifts and on-call duty distributed among the team (an average of 2 shifts or oncall duty per month might be expected)

Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in System Administration in a highly critical environment
  • Expertise in RedHat 5/6/7 (installation, system monitoring and maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Expertise in Veritas Volume Manager and Cluster Server is an advantage
  • Expertise in at least one additional Unix system (Solaris, AIX) is an advantage
  • Experience in automation of installation and deployment (RedHat Satellite, Puppet, Foreman, Ansible) is an advantage
  • Experience with monitoring tools is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
